Both Best in Blue at the L Word in Second Life

One of my favourite hangouts in SL is the L Word sim, and sometime I’ll have to do a more detailed blog about that place.  Basically it’s got a recreation of The Planet club from the TV series and activities arranged throughout the day in front of there or in another club nearby.  There are shops and then outlying islands with some residential neighbourhoods and rather cool communal facillities.

So anyway, last night they had a little party and it was Best in Blue themed.  A good chance to try out my new Carmen dress from Bossa Nova.  As I’d bought the multi pack, I just happened to have one in navy, so then I match it with a favourite colour changing hair from a shop that is now closed, blue star glasses on my head, a freebie blue bag and the always useful blue balloon dog!  Add to that my colour changing Betties shoes from Kimberley Casanova and I was pretty darned happy with the outfit.  Clearly my peers were also, as I won joint first prize as Best in Blue!  Yes!!!
